It starts with beginner-friendly spin cycle workouts, which
are primarily aerobic. Incorporating short, challenging
intervals to build fitness and burn calories.
You’ll see the progression start as you put your aerobic
and anaerobic abilities to the test! Advancing to a new
level of cardiovascular fitness, leg strength, and efficient
pedal strokes.
In the end, you’ll be “Climbing your Mountains”, and
“Sprinting through your Storms” ! Casual Riders Are Welcome
