Deanna opened FittWell Centre in 2003 ALONG with a team of Fitness Professionals to bring an advanced training facility / resources to Morden and surrounding communities. Winner of the 2010 Women’s Entrepreneurial Awards, Deanna believes that when you put physical training into your life, the diligence and discipline spreads to other parts of your life, making everything more valuable. Her favourite moments of the day are when the workout bring you UP from where you started. “Smiling as you leave your workout is one of the best parts of the workout”. In addition to training and teaching at FittWell Centre, she trains and instructs throughout the region, offering off-site Zumba, Aquatics, Senior Fitness & Youth Sports Programs.

Deanna is also the Certification PRO-Trainer for Personal Fitness Trainers in MB. She represents Canfitpro, which is the Canadian Fitness Certification Org. Candice works with many individuals at FittWell Centre in many different roles. As the Facility Manager, Certified Trainer and has her diploma in Nutrition, Diet and Health Sciences. She will establish your membership, set you up with your 24hr access privileges and spend time with you during the facilities complimentary training sessions to guide you through the proper exercise technique and introduce you to the equipment that suits your goals. A great start is the best way to succeed.
Candice also works with Clients on an individual or partner basis to help you reach your fitness, health and weight loss goals. She can specialize a program specifically for your individual needs including both Fitness and Nutrition to get you the best results possible.
Whether Tamara is teaching a Fitness Class, Training with a Sports Team or One-on-One with a Client, she will always establish a renewed sense of what you are working towards. She teaches and trains at FittWell Centre and throughout the Community, guiding participants through yoga, strength, endurance and flexibility routines specific to the group. If you are still cute at the end of your workout with her then your workout with her isn’t done yet. Tamara believes the exercise is simply one component of well-being, and with that belief, she will often finish your workout with nutritional tips and lifestyle tidbits to help you establish a healthier day beyond your workout.
